Is the Bhajji Ban Justified?

Oh well, does the BCCI think they have won in the Sydney test racial abuse case over Bhajji? Ricky Ponting; he is a man I hate much more than any cricketer and he has made it look as if he condescendingly has decided to forgive Bhajji for his act! WTF? Why is Bhajji fined 50 percent of the match fee for something that never happened!?

And by the way, it is being assumed that Bhajji said 'Maa ki' and not 'Monkey'..Amazing, Monkey is a third degree abuse, but the former is just second degree!! I remember calling my friends monkey as a KG student..LOL
