Motivational software

Some weeks back we had a motivational speaker here who taught us how to succeed in our dreams. He said everything is there in our mind, and it is here that most people stumble..

I later caught up with this motivation software which helped me realize all that he said and which I feel everyone should download. It is absolutely free, and I think it will be of great use to you in motivating yourself in achieving your dreams.

If you wonder if a software tool will substitute for a human motivator, then it is absolutely imperative that you try this one out. Because, even I was thinking the same thing before downloading it!

Technorati - the next Porn Search Engine?

I was making my usual daily visit to Technorati, now that it is new and improved!, I was surprised to see the unusual number of 'Porn' type searches in the Top tags category.

When Booble.com, the Google for Porn was made, the owner would have never thought that Technorati of all will be his rival! Just click and look at the enlarged screenshot!

Addicting Games

Found a website which is actually what it is named as. It is full of Addicting games..Well, this is not a sponsored post. This is a fan post. I found quite a few games that got me sit and play it quite a number of times.

Try these games out and you will know
Bombay Taxi

Dirt Stunt Bike

Incredible India

Mention India and you are aroused by all the mystical feelings and are reminded by the spicy food that you might have had sometime in central London. One of my friend had messaged me that he is visiting India in a group of 20 and I thought since many people from here in UK are visiting India, let me dedicate a post to them.

Here are some places that you SHOULD visit, and do not come back until then. One is the Kerala Travel Package. Ever visited Venice? This place is much more than that. There are places like Alapuzha that are actually like Venice. You can see people moving around in boats since you have lots of backwaters in there. In fact, Kerala is a very popular place for tourists in India and is often called God's own country, because of the serene beauty here. This actually makes you feel that if ever there is a heaven on earth, it is just here.

This apart, there is one another place which is so famous among tourists. That's Rajasthan. Rajasthan is in the north part of India and is famous for the desert side life, camels, forts and hot and cold weather. There was also a dirt car rally that took place here recently.

If you are travelling from UK, then take my advice dont take these tourist packages from here. Because, they are priced in UK standards and are kind of costly. Try one of the Indian packages for UK tourists like Travel Mart India which customize it to your tastes and also the cost of the packages are cheaper than what you get here.

This is a real amazing place to visit and visit it with such nice travel packages lest you rue the trip all along.

PPP Direct

I got to know this news today and I was really surprised and excited. This is because PayPerPost, the website that allows bloggers to make money for blogging and reviewing other websites and products is now going Direct to its bloggers. That is, you no longer have to be contended with small amounts of money that the advertisers pay you to blog for. You can now actually make hell a lot of money, provided that you have a blog that is worth it.

Ok, here how it goes. You are given a widget by PayPerPost and all that you need to do is to embed that widget somewhere prominently on your blog. Here, you shall put up a price for the advertisers that you shall blog for. Say, you put up $100. Now, the advertiser visits your website and finds your blog worth enough to pay you $100 for. Now, he clicks on the widget so that you blog on him and you get paid. Earlier you could only earn a fraction of that amount as this $100 was divided among so many smaller bloggers.

Not only that, this new system also ensures that you make more than what the other Blog for money services pay you. For example, ReviewMe, the other blog for money website takes in almost 50 percent of the advertiser money for its own, and pays you only the other half. But in this case, PayPerPost takes in only 5-10 percent of the advertiser amount, and that too , half of it is gone for transaction charges to PayPal and stuff. So, you as a blogger get paid the maximum extent possible.

This is one of the reason that makes PayPerPost stand out tall amongst all the blog for money websites available today. PPP rocks, and now it is old news...

Hawaiian travels

I had always fantasised about visiting Hawaii sometime. I first had a lesson on Hawaii and Honolulu when I was in the sixth grade or so, and ever since the place has always caught my attention.

Recently, I was talking to one of my friends about making a trip around the world and stuff, and the discussion ended on Hawaii. We discussed on how much it takes for a Hawaii luxury vacation. Well, there are Hawaii tourist websites that can get you there for a real magic deal. So that it is well time for you to have a nice awesome vacation and not some kind of a trip where you end up only making note of all that you spent and stuff.

Aloha Hawaii..Here I come!

Who Gets it?

Came across this interesting website for winning nice prizes. I have been participating in slogan contests ever since I was a child and won prizes too, and that is why I think even you can, if you participate. At whogets.com, you first participate the semi-final round. If you are one of the seven contestants selected to the finals, then you make a statement of 100 words on why you should win. The other members at WhoGets then select their winner. It kinda works like the American Idol! Why don't you become the Idol at Cyber Space!??

Hotel deals in Europe

There are two great things about travelling to Europe. One thing is that all the countries are so well connected that you never get the feeling of having moved over from one country to another unless you are told so by somebody. Another thing is that you do not realize the kind of superb travel deals that you often miss while travelling to these places.

Easy to Book is a website that caters to the travel deals over Europe. My friend was lucky to find some nice bookings when he made a trip to Barcelona. You can also check out the other plans available to places like Rome. That's why you should be travelling to Europe next time around!

Phone card affiliate program

Pingo is the exciting prepaid calling card provider that I had also raved about in the past. There are calling cards to almost every major country in the world. Since their phone cards are getting popular by the day(you can check out theirlowest India prepaid calling card rate I thought I shall also let my readers known about their affiliate program

The Pingo affiliate program pays you $15 dollars for every new customer you refer to. And he is not 'spending' money. He is only buying a card for which he is going to use to talk with. So, in my opinion, it is one of the most successful affiliate programs from the eyes of an affiliate. If interested, you can check their affiliate program on their webpage.

University Links

Mailboxes - How I love them

Though email and internet have changed the way people use the traditional posts, they still are still a long way from getting off the people's way of life. Houses are still incomplete without the mailboxes that adorn the entrance.

Here is a website that supplies both residential mailboxes as well as commercial mailboxes. The mailboxes are nice enough to hold mails and couriers of all sizes. So, you do not have to worry the next time you pack your bags for an out of the town trip. You can always come back to see who has sent what. Think it is possible with your tiny mailboxes that you have right now?

Appreciative Coaching

Appreciative Coaching deals with four stages; Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny. They inspire people to gain an empowering view of themselves and their future. Sara Orem, a PhD from Capella University has come out with this new book that helps readers to gain an insight into appreciative coaching techniques.

How is this book different from other MBA related books. For one, unlike most of the other books, Appreciative coaching book does not deal with individuals in mono-scoped problem oriented ways. It is more holistic. You can contact the author of this book, 'Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change', Ms. Sara Orem at irene.silber@capella.edu

Minutes to Midnight - A Huge Letdown

So, did you manage to listen to Linkin Park's newest album, 'Minutes to Midnight'? It is a huge letdown. When I say that, I mean it.. I have loved each and every track of theirs, and had so eagerly waited for this album.

'Shadow of the Day' was released quite sometime back, and in my opinion, the only good song in this new album. The rest of the songs, you cannot even notice them pass one by one. I mean, they were kind of a lullaby to me..Nothing new, nothing unique that is so much of a LP characteristic.

Chester, Mike...I am disappointed.

King of Coupons

I just lov Coupon Chief...I presume I have written about this website many many times before. The kind of offers you get here is truly awesome. There are something like thousands of them. AS you can see from their website, they have different categories of coupon codes to choose from, so you can find coupons on the variety of different coupons on sale.

So, what was my last coupon from here? I am a regular user of Real Player, and decided it was time to move ahead and try out what all RealOne has to offer in its premium version. I just downloaded a 14 day trial version of the premium version. By the way, even music is kinda cheap there. $0.89 per song on Rhapsody. Cool, ain't it?

Was Gilly right?

Hansie Cronje was admonished for using an earpiece. Ricky Ponting had a graphite coated bat. Now, Gilly, the Australian who single-handedly gave Australia their fourth world cup last month has admitted to using a squash ball in his left glove to improve his grip.

Ah! If a squash ball is legal, then so is a bottle cap, and so is a lip-gel. C'mon..all this improve your chances on the field, doesn't it? And this was the World Cup final, mind you..

I only hope, the world cup is snatched away from Australia and given to the Sri Lankans

BookKeeping

How do you do your bookkeeping? For one, I do not have anything to do with accounting and stuff, nor does my business need to be related to accounting, so that I can do my bookkeeping myself. Even those who are accountants cannot always do the bookkeeping by themselves, thanks to the enormity of the tasks involved.

It is hence advisable to always take the help of professional bookkeepers. So, how do you choose them? First thing, you need to look out for is why choose one? The second is obviously the bookkeeping fees. Thirdly, look for reviews on the particular bookkeepers. If you feel convinced that they can do the job perfectly, then go for them.

Digg Games

Occassionally, there are some good online games that get dugg to the top on Digg. Two of those have become my favourite, and so I thought maybe I will list them out here.

One is Lewpen. Here, you need to keep touching the square with the mouse without touching those moving objects to score, but then each time you touch the square, the number of moving objects increases..Very addictive

Another is Ignition. Got dugg recently..Just play and you will know!

New Jersey!

My friend recently shifted to New Jersey from here. The first thing he told me about New Jersey was, 'WOW!'. He was like it is like no other place on earth. Basically he had been sometime over different places inside US and also UK, and Asia. And he said on a comparative scale also, Jersey is THE best place to be.

I asked why. These are some of the reasons he gave: Statue of Liberty, Hotels, and Weather. I realized that I should agree. I have really heard this from more than one source now!

CRM packages

Why is a CRM package necessary? CRM or Customer Relationship Management is an imperative tool to manage your clientele to help you understand them perfectly. For example, CRM packages can be used by travel operators to analyse previous customers and book the seat and flight that the customer most prefers, without even actually asking for a preference. The CRM package can tell you that analysing the particular customer's past data.

AIMPromote is a CRM package in its own league. It provides quite a variety of innovative solutions that are very helpful to companies that strive to serve their customers in the most efficient way.

One more important aspect of it is that it does not require the user to spend time in learning to use the software. Instead, it lets the sales officers to keep doing what they do best, with very little time needed to learn the software.

Microsoft to Acquire Yahoo!??????

Tired of trying to match up with Google, Microsoft might not hesitate in taking this drastic step. Microsoft is apparently in talks with Yahoo to possible acquire them for close to $50 billion dollars! That's amazing, considering that this nothing less than the Mittal-Arcelor merger. Two top ranking websites merging will be a new direction to the internet world.
