How vitamins help our body

When a natural amalgam/compound is required by a fiber that exists in a tiny amounts in an organism then that compound is known as vitamin. The compound is a vitamin only when it can be amalgated by an organism and should be acquired only through the food. It is mostly based on the bio-chemical activity which they perform not on their structure.
Vitamins are essential for every living things i.e., plants, animals and humans. It helps in the growth and the functioning of the body. The vitamins are dependant on the food that is consumed by the living things; it cannot be formed or produced by the body. Vitamins can be found in various food types nutrients that is consumed by the human body and by the animals but for plants and trees the nutrients are usually found in different types of soil, sunlight and water.
The study of vitamins is vast and comprehensive. Many scientists and their discoveries on nutrients have made the concept of vitamins possible. It took many different scientists to acquire knowledge on different nutrients and vitamins then used that study in their experiments to get the valid answers.
According to such scientists and professors vitamins have many varied functions which help our body in developments. Also different types of vitamins have heterogeneous functions. Such functions can be analyzed in the following
• It helps in building the body healthy and nutrition.

• Vitamins like A and B helps in improving our eye-sight, advances healthy skin, creates and increases red blood cells and also helps the body in building ample energy.

• It helps in retaining the immune system and healthy tissues in the body. Also makes a speedy recovery when a body is injured.

• Vitamins like D and E helps our body in nurturing healthy bones and teeth, consuming calcium in our body, competent working of our lungs.

• It also helps the blood to clot during the bleeding of a cut ,which is important to control or stop the excess gush of blood.
