What is Good Customer Service?
IncParadise, the news blog for small businesses recently had made a news posting about a nice article on the need for having good customer service. As the author rightly puts it, it is simply not enough if you only use a lot of hackneyed polite words like "Thank You", "Please" or "We are sorry".
The more important and critical aspect of customer service is in understanding the customer's needs and wants and adhering your company's products to those needs. It is in fact, a very true fact that anywhere, "customer is the king", so., if you cannot make what your customer wants, you may very well close business.
