Need info on CPMs

I am looking for the best CPM advertising programs. CPM if you did not know stands for Cost-Per-100 Impressions. It is not for my blog; it is for a friend of mine who has a huge traffic but little Adsense clicks, so I suggested he take the CPM ads.
