Virginia - Who's fault is it anyway?

What happened at Virginia tech was indeed sad. And the fact that there was an Indian girl and a Professor makes it even more sadder. In fact, the professor is from my very own town, which makes his death seem like a personal loss.

Having said all that, I feel that Cho too has been a victim. The video he has sent to NBC is not something a retard will do. He is, IMO a retard, but I believe there are more serious reasons why he came to become that way. America is both a land of opportunities, and also a place where many Asians feel frustrated and abused many times( Gathered from more than one friend of mine). Some vent it out in peaceful ways, and some like Cho turn out to become this horrific. US needs to look back at its gun culture, and the whites need to take a relook at their tradition of racial slurs. I realize it is stupid to make such a generalized statement on whites,but then, don't you think racism is most often to do with whites. Have the Africans and Asians fought against each other on skin color!??
